Easter 2019 at WBC

We have lots going on for all ages this Easter. Feel free to pop along to one of our fun events at Wallingford Baptist Church!

Mon 15 April Easter crafts and play

Have you discovered our Thames Street Living Room yet?

Monday 15th April would be a great time to try it out. Bring the whole family, as 10am – 11:30am we will have Easter themed crafts going on, as well as table tennis and lots of toys to keep babies and pre-schoolers happy.

And of course all day from 9:30 we will have our usual teas, coffee and home baked cakes on offer. Come on in via the side passageway (signposted) and make yourselves at home!

More information about Mondays at the Living Room here.

Friday 19 April - Good Friday act of witness

At 11am we will be joining with other local churches to mark Good Friday together in the Town Square - this year the service will be led by Ridgeway church.

"The things He carried"

On Good Friday evening - 19 April at 7pm, we have a special service of meditations on Jesus' journey to the cross, finishing with Communion. All welcome.

Sunday 21 April - Egg trail

On Easter Sunday come and join in the fun with our egg trail, 9.30am – 10.15am.

Meet @ Wallingford Baptist Church to set off on a short walk with fun egg trail and photo challenge (bring your phone). Chocolate treats and bacon butties await you at the end (alternative to bacon for the vegetarians!)

Come and discover why Easter should be the biggest party of the year!
